After confirmation of the order from our customer support team, products are couriered within two business days or refer product description in case of made-to-order products.

We charge a sum of Rs. 50/- for each order below Rs. 500/-. There is no shipping charge for orders having a value greater than Rs. 500/-

Returns/Exchanges

All items available for purchase on Crazy Toes are brand new and entirely authentic. If, by any rare chance, you receive any merchandise from us that is not in good condition, damaged, or defective, you have the option to exchange the unused merchandise in its original packaging and with the original tags, as long as it is in the same condition as when it was purchased. 

We are happy to exchange the product for you or issue a credit note valid for a year.
