We guarantee that all items available for purchase on Crazy Toes are brand new and entirely authentic. If, by any rare chance, you receive any merchandise from us that is not in good condition, damaged, or defective, you have the option to exchange the unused merchandise in its original packaging and with the original tags, as long as it is in the same condition as when it was purchased. 

The potential solutions we offer are replacement, exchange, or refund in the form of coupons.

Will I get a full cash refund on the return of the order?

No. We do not offer cash refunds.

Once a payment has been made & product(s) are delivered. The customer can return the products to us in case they are unhappy with the same. 

We are happy to exchange the product for you or issue a credit note valid for a year.

We DO NOT issue cash refunds.

The purchaser must notify us within 7 days after receiving the goods, providing a reason for the refund request. The availability of stock determines the possibility of a replacement. 

Shipping cost (if any) does not account for a refund.

Alternatively, you have the option to explore the current stock and place an order for a replacement at the same or lower price.

Procedure for Return of Products

  • Please contact us through email that is admin@crazytoes.in and provide the Order id details. 
  • Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the process.
  • Please ensure that the product return is initiated within 7 days of receipt of the article.
  • The time taken for a refund will be governed by the policies of our payment partner.
  • While we pick up originally delivered items from most customer locations, there are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed for the shipping charges against the original receipt.

    Shipping Policy

     

    After confirmation of the order from our customer support team, products are couriered within three business working days or refer product description in case of made-to-order products.

    Delivery charges vary depending on the value of the shopping cart. We charge a sum of Rs 50/- for each order below or equal to Rs 499/-. There is no shipping charge for orders having a value greater than or equal to Rs 500/-

    Cancellation Policy

    You have the option to cancel an order before it gets shipped, provided that the cancellation feature is accessible on the website. This applies to items purchased during sale periods as well. Any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method used for the transaction within 7 days.
